1.   Opposites attract



For instance, you can match black and white together. Because black and white are complimentary color. They even look good when matched with any other color.

However, for the other colors you need to use a color wheel for this. Every color has a complimentary color. On the wheel the colors opposite to each other are complementary colors. They contrast but when you matched them together they intensify each other. Like blue is complementary to orange, red to green and so on.

 For the case of grey, which is considered to be neutral. You can consequently match it with any color.  
      
2.   Avoid looking like a clown



To have a well-coordinated look, don’t wear more than three colors in the same outfit. Keep in mind just put one dominant color for your get up. If you think that some part of your body need to look thin. Then you can use sober colors for this, its role is to create an illusion of a thinner look. If you want to light up your face to look vibrant, you better use neon colors in the upper part of your body.

3.   Match color with your hair and skin tone



The best color for the fair skin and dark hair are beige and navy blue, yellow and maroon, gray, white and maroon. If you have a mat skin and dark hair, choose beige and green, grey and red, red and black.
